Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following applies to tours booked with Mê Philippines, unless a specific tour states otherwise.

Cancellation by the Traveller

• 30+ days before departure: full refund minus any non-recoverable deposit/supplier fees;
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund;
• Under 15 days or no-show: no refund.

Cancellation by Mê Philippines

If we must cancel a tour, you may choose a full refund or an alternative date/tour of equal value.

Force Majeure

For events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) we will work with suppliers to recover and refund as much as possible; non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@divi.travel with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
